
What you will find in this website is my explanation on what happened, giving out some advice and showing you, my proof. My name is Sally Ward, I am 70-year-old, I married my next-door neighbor, we used to live at 2431 Harris street in Ferndale. My husband owns his own home at the time we got married. I never purchased a house before until we move up north in the summer of 1995. Here are the facts on what occurred when my husband and I move to Brandon Township. Since 1997, I have been researching this property and the properties in my area and it is really disturbing on how much fraud I found and because of the magnitude of records that are not recorded in the register of Deeds and taxes missing information, so it doesn't get processed in the system. I decided to become a whistle blower and put my story on this website. My Deed and Mortgage records were never recorded in the Register of Deeds. We had no idea that Automotive waste was stored and dumped here and that I would have to worry about carcinogens in our drinking water. The State mandated my area to be a junkyard; the township-built a business / house in 1974, and used taxpayer's dollars, later on 6/20/1995, they sold this house to us without our knowledge; the proof is in the tax records, it zone, from 1974 thru 2018 as (SI) (Township Only). Since 2019, the clerk refused to allow me to view anymore tax records. The house was built on a Natural water runway to a wetland; it floods under my crawl space.

In the treasurer office, I discovered in the taxes record that my property has two parcel ID numbers. My ID number is D-03-36-300-031 and the second is D-99-00-000-003, it called Horse Works, it zones as personal property, that means nothing attached to the land, the tax value is $0.00. I also fund two active zip code, my address is 3755 Dartmouth Road suite 720 Oxford, MI 48371 and the second address is 3755 Dartmouth Road Clarkston, MI 48348. The county went out of their way to never allow the real truth to come out about my property, and to make sure that my lawsuit would never be seen or be herd in any courtroom, it's all come down to Power and Greed. For a long time now, I've had a target on my back and the county, and the court system found their opportunity to go after my family. Before you make up your mine about my website, I hope you will look at all my proof, and call are government officials and tell them to stop building and selling homes on non-residential land, that is not safe for public use. and demand that the Register of Deeds start recorded records. It is really scary when the government and the learning institutions can get away with scammed you out of your own money, so I am asking you to please get the word out by telling your family, friends, neighbors and your co-works about my website. Since 1998 no one has threatened to take me to Court or claim that I lie.

In 2002, the trees that surround my house started to die, this happens right after the State D.E.Q. attempt to clean up the dump site right down the road from me. I believe the D.E.Q. started their clean up in 1995, the same year we moved in. When you are looking at my 2009 photograph you can see a pip sticking out of the ground, this same pip goes under ground and come out into a drainage / ditch in my front yard, it runs 200 feet along the side of my easement and flood my back yard. water come up from the surface of the ground under my crawl space.

In this engineer report you can clearly see the pip going across the road, this is the same pip that is in my 2009, photograph, you need to scroll up to view this 2009 photograph, it's showed the pip running directly acres the road into a drainage / ditch in front my home. Since the spring of 1997 we had a lot of ongoing flooding problems due to the township allowing my house to be built on a drainage / ditch. The township new that this house would never be safe place for a family to live. My home was all read showing sign of fall apart from all the water damage. I am having a really hard time deal with oil in my well water, black mold on my walls and floors. When car and trucks are driving down the road the whole house vibration.

When I made an insurance claim on my house in 1999, and an inspector from AAA came to inspect my house, Mr. Terney from AAA later sent me this letter telling me that my house is not covered under the homeowner's insurance policy, because of the water that come up from surface of the ground under the crawl space and defective materials was used in the construction, he also said it was the failure of the government body where the house was built. The inspector told me that I had to keep paying on my homeowner insurance policy, he said that my policy would only cover my belongings, the amount on my policy never changes.

This insurance company AAA new that they should have never insured this house knowing that this house is not on residential land and that it was built on personal property, to a natural water runway on a wetland. I really wish I knew everything before I started noticing the house falling apart from all the water damage. We already put a lot of our own money into this house, and no one would ever want to buy it, because this house is falling apart. I thought that no one would buy this house, but I was wrong. The house is still falling apart, since the road commission add a second pip and dredged out the drainage ditch in my front yard, the damage to the house is really bad now. Since I put my sign out on the front yard, BuyerBewareMichigan.com and a second sign that said NO RIGHTS NO VOTE, we got an unexpected call, a business wants to buy my house. We also got three e-mails from businesses that are interested in buying are house. Wow, that means the County must be giving out some perks; they really want me out of this house. I don't trust the insurance company to do their job anymore; all they care about is my money.

I found this map at the health department; I discovered that we have very high levels of arsenic in are well water. In February of 2001 I had to get a new well put in, and at the same time this was happing a cleanup was going on right down the road from me. When I call Mr. King, from the health department and left a message in March, for him to come out to test my drinking water because, the work on my new well was done. He finally calls me back in September and when he finally came out to test my drinking water, I told him that I had my own private test done and that the test results show very high levels of bacteria in my well water. In October "he said my well water was not safe to drink, it still had high levels of bacteria", after that he came back three more time, before "he said my water was safe to drink", this happen in December, I didn't know at the time that cold weather kills bacteria. In April of 2002, I had a second private water test done to see if I had oil in my drinking water, when my water test results came back it came up positive for oil.

When I call the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality in December of 2001; I was really worried about the quality of my drinking water. When I got a call back from Lois Graham, I found out later that she is in charge of the department that clean up hazardous waste. I told her that I noticed in 1999, a vacuum waste truck pumping stuff out of the ground on section 2 in Independence Township, "she told me that she would send me a report on section 2". When I finally got this report in January of 2002. I notice right away text message between Graham's department and Mr. Lund from the health department talking about the attempts to clean up section 2. It has diesel fuel, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and vinyl chloride plume a cancer toxin that is odorless and has a sweet taste to it.

When I look at this letter from Lois Graham, I decided to call her. She said that there wasn't anything clear up on section 2. That is when I realize I talk to a second person in the same department. He slipped in the text message into Graham's report. In her report, Graham's and the health department was looking to fine which well in my area to test, so they could determine where the toxins went, Graham and Kevin D. Lund talk about 3 homes and a subdivision called Indianwood Estates; this is located on the east side of Dartmouth Road. One of those houses was my and NO one call or came to my home to tell me about the toxins in my ground water. I did two freedoms of information act letters to get my water test results; I sent the first one to the health department to Mr. King and the second one to Lois Graham. They both refuse to give me my true water test results, when three homes on Oak Hill Road and Cedar Knell Court were tested.

This is two pages that I put side by side together so you can see the list of all the Chemicals that were tested in Lois Graham and Kevin D. Lund, 2002 report. When they attempt to clean up section 2, in Independence Township' on August 18, 1999, the MDEQ Official Laboratory Report DWRP Laboratory Service on Drinking Water Lab Cent NO. MI0003, you can call them at 517 335-8184 and fax number is 517 335-8562, there were three homes that was tested in this report, those addresses and names are Karen Simmons at 5120 Oak Hill road Clarkston and David Armstrong at 5100 Oak Hill road Clarkston, both are on section 35, in Brandon Township and Theresa Gordon at 10127 Cedar Knell Court Clarkston on section 2, in Independence Township. Again Mr. King and Lois Graham refuse to give me a cope of my lab results. In 2000, after taking a shower I suffered a full body rash from my head to my toes, it was painful, I went to the hospital the doctor refused to test my blood for toxins. When I went home, I had to exercise to sweat out the toxins out of my body. My family and I have been suffered thru the years from open sores and rashes on our skin.

This is my 2017 summer and winter tax statement; you can get an idea on how much I pay in property taxes for untaxable land. The really disturbing thing is the township and county is getting my mortgage money for the past 30 years. Since they own this land / business, they did a backdoor deal with the learning institutions to commit fraud. The township and the learning had it set up to add the property taxes to my mortgage payment.

This is a 2018 copy of my true property tax record, that I got online on the Oakland County Treasurer website; my property is called Horse Works. On this tax record you can see the Parcel ID number is D 99-00-001-003, the value of the land is $0.00. If you look really close at this tax record, you can see that there is no mention of any acreage. That mean that the whole area of section 36 is a Brandon Township a Michigan Municipal Corporation to personal property, my house is one of the builds that are a part of their headquarters to the township business. My neighbors are a part of a small track business and lease their business thru the township.

This is my 2003 tax record, it's zone as (SI) (Suburban Improved Township Only). When look at my tax record, you can clearly see on the top of the left side of the page, my Parcel ID number is D-03-36-300-013 and right next to it is the zoning code reference is (SI). You need to make sure that you are living on residential property; you should look at the zoning that said (RP) Residential Property or (RI) Residential Improved.

This is a Treasurer Office Zoning Codes Reference File Listings, that was on the treasurer wall. I ask for a copy from the Clerk; she was nice and made a copy for me. Soon after a different Clerk took down the zoning codes listing. I hope that this zoning code reference will help you in your research.
I discovered in my T-Mobile phone bill that I have a suite 720 add to my mail address. So, I add this suite 720 to my driver license and on my medical marijuana license. Since I did this aver time I go online, it's comes up with two active zip code. I went out of my way to deliberately add this suite 720 to my marijuana license because I knew that I would link myself to a Brandon Township Michigan Municipal Corporation. And now the township cannot have any dispensaries in their area, it all because of me. Now Brandon Township has to which several townships in my area, are making a lot of tax revenue from those dispensaries.

I talk to on my neighbor James Burns on July 12, 2002, he witnesses the clean up on section 2, in Independence Township. He had his concerns about the drinking water in are area. The State D.E.Q, and the Oakland County Health Department and Brandon Township try to make me believe that there is nothing wrong with my well water. On June 15. 2006 Kris Richmond, he was living at his mother house and witnesses me talking to Ed Wight about section 2, in Independence Township and he saw me tape are conversation between me and Ed, he works for Sam Allen & Son Inc and dump auto waste on section 2, with Kris's father.

In 1942, the State Land Board seized the land. The pubic was not allowed to build any building on this land, the libber number is 1711 and page 445. When the State tried to give back the land on December 15, 1944, the deed was already expired, it expired on December 12. 1944, the libber number is 1711 and page 443. The State gave control of the land to Brandon Township.

On the top is a 1954 Brandon Township tax record, that was paid by Albert C. Clarno on 6-15-1954 the address is 3997 Dartmouth Road Clarkston. In a Polk's Pontiac directory from 1950, Albert live at 457 Marian Av Pontiac. and again, in a Polk's Pontiac directory from 1960 Albert works for GM Truck.

Edward Leve handle Henry Ford waste on section 2, in Independence Township and in 1954, Albert L. Clarno, handle General Motors waste. Later in the late 1970 Sam Allen & Son Inc dump Pontiac Motors waste there. Bill Right and Dennis Zar work for Sam Allen & Son Inc; the company dump auto waste there on section 2. Bill told me all about Edward Leve company and how he and Dennis were doing at the time. Right now, Edward Leve's son is running his dad company on Ray Road in Oxford.

Here is a1942, photograph of the township's business / junkyard that dumping auto waste. In 2005 the Oakland County and Independence Township will not stop building and selling homes on non-residential land. This property is called Coulter Lake Estates.

You can get an idea what the Brandon Township Business looks. They had a big tent that covering barrels of toxic waste. Later in 1958 the Township allowed the Tersigni's to live and work on this land at 3997 Dartmouth Road. Thomas D. Tersigni and Delphus J. Rush work together for the Townships.

I had to do a Freedom of Informant Act to the Township of Brandon to get a copy of a certificate of occupancy for my house. When I finally got their response, they had no record of any Certificate of Occupancy for my house. There are no building records and there is no proof that anyone paid any property tax before me. We are the only one that paid any property taxes.

This is my 1995, Oxford Bank Mortgage, when you are looking at my Mortgage record, you can see the libber number is 15508 and the page 462, it should have been on the top of the middle of the page. On the recorded stamp it's on the top right side of the same page. the libber and the page number were missing from the record stamp. My mortgage was never recorded in the register of Deeds. I went online to look up my voted history, my vote rights are active, but since living here my vote has never been counted, When I go online to look up my voted history it said no vote record found.

I did Jury duty four times; the government went out of their way to make me to believe that I have rights. The first time was at the Clarkston courthouse; they gave me a Jury handbook. The second was at the Oakland County courthouse, they summons me to appear for jury duty on 9/01/05. The third time was at the Federal courthouse; they told me to check in aver day to see if I needed for jury duty. The last time was at Rochester Hills courthouse; they gave me a Jury handbook. I was never picked to hear over any court cases.

On 12/10/20 I ask the clerk for a copy of my voting record. I notice on my voting record it showed that I didn't vote in 2006 and in 2016, and when I voted in 11/6/2018, for the United States House of Representatives Elections, it was miss from my voting record. The township clerk refused to add my suite 720 to my address on my voted card. My ballot was never counted in the township voted system. I have been voting since I turned 18-year-old, and now I am 70 and when I move to Brandon Township my voted rights don't exist.

When I want online to the Treasurer website, I got a copy of my 2018 tax record that has my name on it, I notice right away that the clerk skips some dates on my tax statement, I paid late on those dates, the dates are 2006, 2007, 2010, 2012. the real reason why the clerk refused to add those dates are that value of the township business, need to be at the amount of $0.00 in the township and county records.

This is a 1995, business tax record for Horse Works, the ID number is D-99-00-001-003 and the zone is (BP) (Business Commercial Personal). When I got a copy of my 1995, tax record, I was shocked to find this business tax record link to my address, because I am not the own to this business. In the register of deeds, I found two D.B.A. from 1989 thru 1994 and the second was from 1995 thru 2000, both D.B.A were never notarized by the Clerk office. We had no idea that Horse Works is controlled by Brandon Township and Oakland County.

Rodey Mersino name is on a 1974 tax record, he is not the one responsible for built my house in 1974, it was the Township. The zone said (SV) (Suburban Vacant Township Only). The house / business finally got it full address in 1976, it said 3755 Dartmouth Rd, Clarkston MI 48016. The Mersino's was living on this property in May of 1980, Rodey Mersino work for the township and his name was always on the tax records, but his wife's name was always missing from the tax records, and the taxes were never paid.

On 1/11/1954, Brandon Township in a meeting they declare my area to be a Junkyard. The township on 6/17/60 contact the Daily Press Legal Department to make a public announcement on their junkyard. This junkyard map show where the waste is allowed to go on District No. 3, for section 36, District No. 2, for section 35, and District No.1, for section 34, the township started dump their waste on those areas.

This is a 1965 aerial photograph for section 2, in Independence Township. This junkyard is right down Oak Hill Road, it not very far away from two trailer parks, the parks are Clarkston Lakes and Sashabaw Meadows, this trailer park is on District NO 2, for section 35, it's on the Brandon Township junkyard map, this land was never a safe place for people to live on.

In 1973, I found four gas and oil leases and one lease agreement for section 36. The State, County and Township did business with Amoco Production Company from Fort Wayne Texas. I have known idea on what the township was going to allowed Amoco Production Company to do with the land.

Brandon Township had Jerame and Elizabeth Patryjak sell this house to us. The Patrjyak never live here, they live in Royal Oak. Elizabeth name was on two D.B.A. for Horse Works it was notarized by never signed by the Clerk. The Patrjyak's got a10-area Ranch home, their Deed and mortgage records was stamp with a legal recorded in the Register of Deeds.

I got this in 2006, from the assessor's office, it said that I have NO Living room, NO Kitchen, NO Dining room and NO Bedroom's. It only said that I have a full bath, haft bath, and a fireplace and an attached garage.

Townships contingent or general fund is not the property of taxpayers whose name appear on Township assessment roll, but the property of all the inhabitants of the Township. Lansing v Lansing (1959) 356 Michigan 641,97 NW 2d804. It was never legal for Brandon Township to have my name on their tax roll and charge me with property tax.
In 1976, this is a drainage easement documents that I found in my next-door records at 3685 Dartmouth Road. The road commission had to drag out a drainage ditch, because the road floods. My property is right next door and is a Brandon Township Michigan Municipal Corporation. The properties at 3685 and 3755 Dartmouth Road, both were lease in 1980. The name on one of the leases at 3755 was the Mersino's, I was told by the township, and on the county, show me papers work on the house and claims that the Mersino's built this house in 1974, and both properties were never recorded in the register of Deeds.

Here is the first pip that the Road Commission put in 1976, libber number 6756 and page 20, this pip runs and come out on my front yard into a drainage / ditch and flood my crawl space under my home. In a F.O.I.A the Road Commission denied any responsibility when it came to the drainage / ditch in the front of my home. The drainage / ditch never work it runs 200 ft along the side of the easement and flood under my crawl space and my back yard.

I took this photography on 10/8/ 2023, this is a second pip that the Road Commission put in on my property. This drainage / ditch runs 200 ft along the side of the easement and it flat lines and floods. The neighbor that lives across the road from me, at 3750 Dartmouth road file a complaint with the road commission about the road water, they wanted the road water off their property. No one care that I suffered a lot of water damaged and my floors and walls are riding away. My front and back yard, the ground is sinking in spots. The County and the Township want me to lose everything.

This is a 2013, photograph of my daughter car. Since the trees were dying, we were worried about the trees in are front yard and along the side of my home, we're going to fall down. At this time my daughter had no insurance on her car. She had a lot of work done to her car. She was two days away from getting car insurance. The tree was so rotted it was truly scary; I was so glad that my daughter was not in her car.

In fall of 2016, I was driving my daughter car. Someone deliberately running me off Dartmouth Road. When I walk home to call a tow truck. The police just showed up at my door. I told the officer, what happened, he told me that he was going to put it in his report that I ran off the road. In 2007, the police told me don't bother to call them. The Mersino's has family members in the police depart.

This 2003, photograph you can see how much water come up under the house. Since having a lot of ongoing flooding problem for years now, under my crawl space. When it comes to the water pumps, the pump can't keep up with all that water, the pump just burns up and quit working aver time.

In 2005 I slipped and fell and hit my head on the bottom on the front porch steps due to the ice that was under the show. In 2007 and again in 2010 I had to have emergency surgery on five ruptured dis to my nick, it left me with permanent nerve damage and pain to my right side of my body.

There is an underground watershed that covers the whole area of Oakland County, this watershed ran under my whole house. Rodney and Karen Mersino did two Mortgages with Oxford Bank in 1974 and 1986; they use the address at 3755 Dartmouth road; both were never recorded in the Register of Deeds. On the Mersino's website it said that their business, Dewatering Inc started in 1987 when it really stared in 1978, Rodney business work for the township. Later his business works with the State D.E.Q. and Oakland and Monroe Counties. his wife Karen is on the Board of Oxford Bank; this is the same Bank that Brandon Township use. This is the same bank that did are first mortgage in 1995 and a home equity loan in 1996.

This is one of the pages to a Last Will and Testament for Thomas D. Tersigni, he and Delphus Rush work for the township. Both names where on paperwork to this property / business, Thomas is Karen Mersino's father. In his Will it sends in 1990 that Karen and her brothers and sisters were living in my house / business just before we moved in. The Township and the County had me to believe that Jerame and Elizabeth Patryjak, sold this house to us, the Township lease their house / business to us without are knowledge.

Here is my daughter, she got in trouble in 2016, because the tabs on my car were expired, we plain on get the tabs the very next day when the Sheriff pull her over. The officer claim that she was under the presence of drugs. My daughter just got her prescription filled that night when the sheriff saw her prescription, it was on the front seat, it was in a white paper bag stapled. Later the officer didn't charger her for the expired tabs. he took her prescription, then he arrests her. Later when she got her prescription back, she noticed a lot of her medicine was missing from the pill's bottles. My daughter was charged with the presence of drugs; this arrest was over her having her prescription with her. She suffers from severe migraines, my daughter does not drink alcohol or taken any hard street drug. The Mersino's have a lot of police officer in their family; they went after my daughter; they are so pissed off over my website for tilling the truth about their family. I will never stop fight for my family and are civil rights.

This e-mail I received on April 17, 2025. from Senator Elissa Slotkin. She trying to tell me that she is working on a bill to protect people's rights to vote. Just before Slotkin became are Senator, she was my Representatives and she was in charge of 9 townships in Oakland County, my township is one of them for District 8, she refuse to help me, she always knows that I am living on a junk yard for auto waste to be dump and stored here, she also knows that I don't have any rights living here. I called Senator Gary Peters on August 14, 2025, his office also refuses to help me. Democrats and Republicans Parties are all the same.

On 4/1-25, I went online and e-mail the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division in Washington DC, and field a complaint with the Justice Department when it came to me and my family civil rights. I called the Justice Department on 5/29/25 and left a message, she calls me the next day, I told her the whole truth on what the State, County and the Township did to me and to my family and what happen to me in the City of Ferndale. She told me, that she can't help me, it because of Elon Musk making deep cuts to her department, she told me to put all my proof on my website, that is the only way to fight back and get your granddaughter back.
I have so much to show you. I wish that I had more room to put all my proof on my website.

In 2015 I found online my next-door Neighbor Paul Franzo arrest records; he moves in 2000, his arrest record gave his address at 3685 Dartmouth rd. Clarkston, it was a legal arrest. On Paul mortgage, it said that his address is 3685 Dartmouth Rd in Oxford, his mortgage was never recorded in the Register of Deeds. But when my daughter got arrest it was under the address at 3755 Dartmouth rd. Oxford. What they did to my daughter was NOT a Legal Arrest, and her Court Case's and her Custody Case should have never happened.

When my daughter paid her court fee on 10/1/2021 she paid $2,245.00 to the court, Judge Mary Brennan massed up my daughter divorce case. My daughter, she had to wait two years just to get her money, Judge Brennen re-accuse herself from the case, my daughter was really sick at the time she has thyroid disease. Brennan signed that receipt, she should have never been allowed to sign that receipt, because she hands over the case to Judge Lisa Langton who was supposed to sign that receipt, what Judge Mary Brennen did was illegal. My daughter was never charged or went to jail for losing her children. The court system refused to give my daughter all the court paperwork so she could appeal her case. Case No: 12-799761-DM, The Case no: 17-N85023-2-AM, The County receive Federal funding, they get incentive for each adoption.

The Judge Lisa Langton had my daughter drug tested three time a week for a year and a haft. That Judge had two retire court referees to handle my daughter case. The first retire court referees die just before the case was over. The second retire court referees, that took over her case, he gave my daughter son to her ex-husband. The foster mother took my daughter little girl. The foster mother daughter wanted my granddaughter. Karen Mersino work for Catholic Charities, and Oxford Bank, her name is on my house, she got even with me for have a website. The two court retire referees started the fast adoption program, the whole case against my daughter never was legal, the court referees were retired.

Here is a 2024 Christmas card that was tape to the well in my ex-son-in-law dinner room. My daughter notice and took this photo of her daughter, her ex wanted her to see this photo. She stared to cry in front of her son during her allowed visit. My daughter son has seen his sister through the years, but she was never told that he was her brother. My ex-son-in-law was deeply involved in my daughter court case; he came to the courthouse aver day and sat with the prosecutor; he was allowed to go into private meetings with the prosecutor and caseworks. He had meets behind clothes door when it came to my grandson, then he went after my granddaughter. He hates my daughter so mush he plans was to destroy her and to make sure that she would never get custody of her kids and to make sure that she would never to see her daughter again. Her ex-husband is best friend with the foster mother daughter that took my granddaughter away. My ex-son-in-law love to torture my daughter when it came for her just to see her son, my grandson told me that he has not seen his sister for the past two years.

Charter Township of Brandon Deliberately Committed Fraud with the help of Oakland County and the State of Michigan Government against me and my husband. This allowed the learning institutions to commit fraud against citizens and to make it easy for the government to take away a citizen's rights to vote.
I paid my 1995 Summer and Winter taxes on the same day on 2-23-1996, my husband and my name was not on that summer tax bill, the clerk scribble over Jerame J. Patryjak name and had me pay that tax bill, a few weeks later I got a second 1995 summer tax receipt in the mail it was a carbon copy I accidentally stepped on it, I didn't pay this tax bill on 2-15-1996 it had Jerame J. Patryjak name on it the Township clerk recorded it. Recorded stamp is always on the top right side of page. Both of the summer tax statements had the same amount $514.74 but different interest's rates, my interest was $30.88, and the other was $46.32. At the time I never pay property tax before I had no idea that the clerk supposed to record my tax receipt with the Township recorded stamp. At the bottom of my photo, you can see my proof that I made a copy of a black and white copy of the 1995 summer tax record that I accidentally stepped on.
I grew up on a Ferndale junkyard, were the City of Ferndale built GI homes, my parents Deed and mortgage records were never recorded in the register of Deeds, the city use taxpayers' dollars to build my family home. After my parents move in, my mom suffer five miscarriages between me and my brother, we have learning disabilities, like reading, spelling and writing, my sister had no learning problems, because my parents move in when she was one year old. My dad told me that you are never to old to learn, and my mom away told me to were my shoes when I was playing outside, because glass and cans would come up from the surface of the ground. I remember when I was 10-year-old, the City of Ferndale tore down three homes on Edgeworth Street, and made it into Martin Road Park, my family home was just two blocks away. I got lucky and found one of the homeowner names, his name is Chas Qestrick, he lives at 2317 Edgeworth Street Ferndale 48220 section 26, Block 17, when I discovered the lawsuit, the clerk refuses to let me view the court case.

You can view the records for free before you buy your next home or property. You need to go to the Treasurer's office or the Register of Deeds office to look up the property records. If you want a copy, it will cost you a $1.00 a page. You can go online and look up the records on the Treasurer website or the Register of Deeds website; it will cost you $2.00 a page. You will need to have the address or the parcel ID number to look up the property records. When you are looking at the tax records you will see the parcel ID number it's on the top left side of the page and right next to it is the zoning code. If you don't see the zoning code, you need to look up the old records to the property. When you are looking at the taxes records you will see the zoning code and, on the code, you should see (RA) (Residential Apartments) or (RI) (Residential Improved) or (RP) (Residential Personal) or (RV) (Residential Vacant property). You need to watch out for Farmland, Farmland could be anything, like a junk yard or a toxic waste site. When looking at Mortgage records you will see on the top of the middle of the page the libber and page number, on the top right corner of the same page, you will see the recorded stamp and on the recorded stamp you should see the same libber and page number on it, if you don't see it, then it was never recorded. You need to understand if it is not recorded, the government can lie and get away with it. The government will never disclose the whole truth history when it comes the property. Be very careful what you say to the Clerk, because he or she will not allow you to view any records. If you have concern about the drinking water, then you can get the water tested, please get the water tested by a private company. Don't trust the health department because they will lie to you. they lie to me over and over again. If you fine land that is recorded and has the mineral rights to it, keep it in your family for life, so if any neighbor or a business decided to dump pollution on your land or near your land you will not have any problems taking them to court. If the Government or the Police Officer try to search your property, they would have to have a search warrant just to come onto your property.
Before we purchase this house, we had a Attorney and a House Inspector that took our money. Clarkston Real Estate Agent and Century 21 that sold this house to us. Oxford Bank had Lawyer Title Company to do are title search, we got ripped off. I called the United State Senator Debbie Stabenow office, her secretary "Kelly told me on 10/8/04 that my property was mandated to be a dump site / Junk Yard. I ask for their help they refuse; I have this conversation on tape. Oxford Bank did are first mortgage, Karan Mersino work for the bank at the time, the second mortgage was with Motor Parts Credit Union, they change their name to Cornerstone Financial Credit Union. This same credit union did a third mortgage with us. this credit union had Mortgage First to handle are mortgage, so to keep me from not asking any questions about are mortgage. Quicken Loan did are mortgage, they had me signed my signature with their blue inkpad and not with a black inkpad, that was not a legal contract. Quicken Loan handed over are mortgage to J.P. Morgan, Epstein bank. My daughter suffers from thyroid disease sent the age of 16-teen year-old; we had no idea that she was so sick. It caused her to have severe migraines. she has been rushed to the hospital several times, her kidneys started to shut down. Her thyroid disease has been undiagnosed for years until now, her doctor is worried that she might have cervical cancer. My husband had cancer while living here, his cancer is in remission.
